Village des Tentes & Ice Chest Policy
We appreciate our loyal tent-goers and also want to make room for some new dwellers!
It is UNcool to bring a cooler to the Festival. We have all your favorite beverages at Girard Park to keep you Trés COOL, and purchasing them here helps support the Festival musicians and charities.
Please do your part: Leave your ICE CHEST at home, and keep the Festival FREE!
For 2019, we will be asking those setting up a tent to sign up to be a Festival Friend. Levels start at just $30 and get you fun perks like PINS, T-SHIRTS, POSTERS and even PARKING PASSES.
Please note that we wil be heavily policing ice chests at the park, so LEAVE THEM AT HOME.
Tent setup is first-come, first-served starting on Tuesday, Oct. 8, at 4 p.m. Stick to the perimeter of the park and be respectful of your neighbors. The $30 Festival Friend level will register you for a 10x10 tent. A representative of the festival will be coming around during the weekend to check tent registration. Visit the Festival Friend section of our website to see levels for larger tent sizes, and email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have additional questions.
FAetC profits from the sale of beverages so for every soft drink or beer you bring from home that is less monies going to support the musicians and the charities that the festival supports!
